Two more weeks of training in the books and the hay is almost ALL in the barn!  Highlights included my highest mileage week EVER (3/24-3/30), a mini-vacation to Naples, Florida, and a painless 24mi LR!  I got in two solid workouts (2x6k via alternating MP/10k pace 800m on the track and 2x10k via Scotland Run + WSH in 5:40 avg. ppm) and two progression runs. Unfortunately, I found myself back on the treadmill for the first of the two progression-type runs but it seems like spring is now finally here to stay! Marathon Monday in T-14 days!!!
